當你在YouTube看到這段文字時.或是其它使用FLV格式的線上影片
無法觀法觀看!都會出現如此的文字!要求你更新或安裝flash player
或javascript.

事實上若你無安裝Flash Player和javascript或許依連結安裝完即可
觀看.若是你原本的youtube可以看.突然才發生不能看的情形.
那你更新再多次都沒有用的話.請試試以下方法:

solution:

1.Download and install !(下載uninstall_flash_player.exe檔案後安裝)
   download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/installers/8/uninstall_flash_player.exe

2. install flashplayer(下載flashplayer7_winax.exe並安裝)
   download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/flash/free_license/flash7/english/win95nt/7.0.19.0/flashplayer7_winax.exe

3. Delete cookie  (打開IE，上方功能表列 ，工具/選項//刪除COOKIE和離線檔案)
